Dairy Queen Grill Chill

Worst location to buy a blizzard. Nothings ever in it except ice cream:(Isnt there a measurement for the candy that goes in the blizzards?? They would be better if the ratio of ice cream to candy was always consistent.

I can see from the other reviews that the owner of this Dairy Queen has a paramount, iron-clad rule ... he WILL NOT take two coupons! Yes, it happened to us too...no two coupons for you! You'd think he was giving the food away for free by using more than one coupon....he has Coupon Power!! And he's not afraid to use it! It's really laughable. Went to another Dairy Queen which happily took two coupons and will never ever patronize Stonechurch Dairy Queen. Owner needs to learn what customer service is

Got 2 kids combos, supposed to come with Ice Cream cones. My Husband said the guy forgot they came with the combo proceeded to come back out with these. They were supposed to be soft serve ice cream cones. This is an embarrassing representation of an “Ice cream” company. Food is over priced for the garbage their giving out. Do not recommend this location. Find another ice cream place. Don’t waste your time.

Myself, and my family went to this location yesterday(11/09/2023) between 5-5:30pm. We had coupons, so, we had presented the coupons to the worker at the cash, he stated that he cannot take two coupons, my parents ordered the Chicken strips for two, my mom wanted to switch from the fries to the onion rings, but the guy said we cannot do that, you can do it everywhere else, but, not at Dairy Queen. Then, I was going to get a burger combo, and this is where he said we cannot use two coupons, again, you can everywhere else, but not at Dairy Queen. So, you lost business, I went to Burger King instead. I found this ridiculous, I’ve been to that Dairy Queen from when it first opened, and have never come across any issues, but I do not think I’ll be back after this experience.Plus there was a broken alcohol glass bottle in the parking lot. The garbage cans were full.

Today I enjoyed a superb visit to my local Dairy Queen. I ordered the double cheeseburger and a strawberry chocolate blizzard.To start us off, the fresh and quite fluffy bread was not too overwhelming to the entirety of the burger it's self. The burger patties themselves were very good, and topped with perfectly melted cheese. 10/10 burger.The fries were crispy, and the dip accessable ketchup packets were a gold star. 10/10 fries.Moving on to the blizzard, it was mixed to perfection with a well balanced ratio of toppings. This was also served to me very quickly so it was not melted at all. 10/10 blizzard.All of my food was handed to me very quickly and respectfully by two very friendly workers, Maddie, and the other unfortunately I did not catch the name of. 10/10 service.The establishment was playing tasteful music that would satisfy a diverse crowd, aswell at a good volume for conversation and eating. 10/10 environment.
