I love Dairy Queen, but this place sucks, some staff should not be working there, this place going down hill, new owner needed.Parking: is ok

I came here to use a coupon the lady made me waste it by telling me I can use it then I activated it and at the window told me I couldn't use it.Best part is is asked for no ice so I was given lots of ice with my drink I barely got any fries with my combo and my chicken sandwich was all over the place like someone just threw it in the bag i am thoroughly disappointed on-top of wasting my time and money

Every single time I've gone to drive through at this location, they have messed something up in our order. I ordered a Misty FREEZE with my combo, and they told us at the window that we couldn't order that with combos. After ALREADY PAYING. They also gave me jalapeño cheese instead of ranch for my order of chicken strips. Numerous other times they've declined to make a poutine with a combo, or outright refused to make blizzards despite being an ice cream place! I'd recommend ordering in building or online rather than drive through.

Came through drive through today with coupons. It was two separate orders, we each had our own coupons. They would only accept one coupon because we came together. Manager then said we are too busy to take more than one coupon. What kind of customer service is that?

Wonderful experience today at around 5:30ish. The staff were so kind and helped us with what to order as we haven't been to a DQ since the plague. They made a chocolate milk for our toddler too, which I thought was super creative as it's not normally a menu item. Our food was absolutely picture perfect. Didn't get to take a pic because of said rampaging toddler. We got the cheeseburgers with fries. I got a brownie blizzard and my husband the skor. Our kid got chicken strips.
