I ordered the vegetarian Pad Thai, in which I asked does it come with tofu. The server said let me know about the dish and said it included tofu. When I received the dish there was only four very thin pieces of tofu on the whole plate. See attached image right hand corner. A little disappointed as at other chains there’s a minimum 10+ thick pieces so it’s a bit shocking. I let the server know but he said that’s normal for their serving.I will not be returning as it isn’t worth it. Also, there’s no vegetarian section on their menu and it’s hard to find what other veg options they even offer. I will stick to the other two Vietnamese/Thai restaurants on Upper James next time.
Give this place a chance. There is a lot of competition for Vietnamese and Thai food on Upper James. I have now found my favourite. My wife and I shared the mango salad and fresh shrimp rolls while my daughter had the chicken satay. For our mains, we each had a bowl of pho.The mango salad portion was generous with fresh cashews and lots of fresh, ripe mango covered in a nice dressing that wasn't too fish sauce forward (something I find off putting). The satay and shrimp rolls each came with unique peanut based dipping sauces. The sauces were a hit and tasted homemade. Highly recommend. The pho was wonderful and aromatic, clearly the broth is well crafted and takes a long time to make. Caution though, the portion is enormous medium is more than enough if you have any appetisers. The interior looks newly renovated and is very bright and welcoming. The staff were friendly and the service was quick.Kid friendliness: The staff provided a small bowl and children's utensils to share our pho without asking.

This may be one of our new favourites in Hamilton. The food was delicious. The broth was flavour but light and not overwhelming. Great service.
I have never had such a bad experience with pho.No flavour at all!!!!Don’t recommend anything from here. Had spring rolls and pho.Such an insult to Vietnamese food.
