Subway - the Creek in Stoney Creek

This franchise needs to get its act together and enforce having workable washrooms in this restaurant . The washrooms have been ‘out of order’ for well over a year now since before the pandemic even started. The real reason is that there are a lot of vagrants in the area that mess up the washrooms. This is a sad part of our homeless problem and not an excuse- I don’t blame them I blame the store ownership and the franchise itself. It is ridiculous to drive into town and not have a place to clean your hands and go to the washroom in an established restaurant like Subway after ordering food. Perhaps I will look into if there is a bylaw for this. Please open your washroom!

Felt like a sub. Haven’t had one in ages and ages and I have to say I have never been so disappointed. Lettuce was questionable. Tomatoes are rotten. I cannot eat the sandwich just under $15 and it’s going in the garbage I will never go here again I have no idea how you can serve rotten veggies on a sub. I had to ask the girl twice to look for decent tomatoes the tomatoes we’re just rotting in the bucket. Instead of slicing up some fresh tomato, she rooted round in the bucket to try and find some that didn’t look too pulverized they are rotten.

Arrogant, manager asked me to get out just because I asked her to name the cheese available. Ridiculous Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Worst service in history. The owner is cheap and would not even fill the entire sandwich with proper chicken and veggies. I ordered two subs and ask for a separate bag he would not give it and wanted to charge for the extra paper bag. Stay away from this place. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
