Tim Hortons - the Creek in Stoney Creek

The food is good and AFTER theyve taken your order service is fast- but getting your order taken inside is a pain. I went in and was able to download the app and do a mobile order, and get it, before the person in front of me in line had gotten to the cash. There were 4 ppl in front of me when I came in. At least in drive thru theyll take the next order while they work on one, inside this doesn't happen

Food is correct more times than not and generally quick drive-through with prompt service.

By far the worst Tim Hortons I have ever been to. The workers there are ignorant to everyone especially the students that go there. They refuse service to whoever they feel like even when people aren't doing anything wrong. The food is disgusting too, everyone who has gone there has complained they don't get orders right. And if your not in the drive thru you waste a whole hour in line. I'm not exaggerating. If you want a coffee go somewhere else, your better off.

It's tims. Probably understaffed given the location. Very popular so the line

The crispy chicken bowl is very good!!Only one thing is that they were short on stuff in the evening when we went there.
