Feedback gevenThis is my home-based Tim Hortons and I can say that I come here at least twice a month for the last 3 years and my experience with them has been consistently good. Fast service, very clean, organized. Staff is very busy to be smiling, yes… it’s true, but I am good with that as long as the service is fast and the quality of the food and coffee is good. I have tried several Hot Chocolates in other Tim Hortons and this is the BEST hot chocolate in town! Also, the store is sooo cozy, clean, big… (before COVID) It was common to see friends and families sitting and having a good time.
Every time I go here either they forget something in my order or they give wrong order. Today I asked for cilantro line veggie bowl and they gave me chicken in it instead and I am highly allergic to chicken and I can’t eat chicken at all. This is really very frustrating. Previously they didn’t give me two items in my order and didn’t even let me check my food to see if everything is there. They are very careless and pushy.. I am very disappointed with this stores service. Some action really needs to be taken.
The plain croissant is the best in the world! People in my country who have visited Canada always recommend Tim.The only bad thing is the workers look tired and in a visible I don 't want to be here mood.
Dropped in to get light lunch to go. Unfortunately, our girl at the counter must have been fairly new. Was pleasant enough, but plain to see, training by management is light. Ordered the turkey BLT, with cheese,which I 'm expecting to pay extra, as a meal. The counter person was very confused about a meal. I needed to explain it comes with beverage and donut. We waited for our order, the sandwich came without the cheese, or even being cut in half. Being a little older, I have to say, I know I won 't be ordering donuts from Tim 's anymore. The new icing on the chocolate dip is pathetic. The product has serious shrinkage. Tim H and Stan M would be appalled. I have heard the same from friends and family. They won 't be buying Tim 's donuts. And what are they coating the chocolate glaze donuts with? Yuk. I felt so bad for the girl working, no one was able to assist her.. all I can say is train your staff better so they don 't feel so frustrated representing your franchise. Tell me how and I forget, show me how and I will remember.
Hi,there is a thing that the employees need to be more calm and polite towards customers.Employee name sandeep is so rude and does not know how to speak,kindly train these people accordingly as they are working in customer serving section
