Feedback gevenIt's 7:40 PM now. I placed my order at 5:30, and at 6:23, the wrong order arrived. I'm still waiting for the correct order. I called to request a refund, but the manager was rude and refused to accommodate me. They claimed there were orders ahead of mine, but this is about fixing their mistake, not mine. They took my money, sent me the wrong items, and won't resolve the issue.
The service was incredibly rude. This establishment is definitely not a pleasant place to get food. You've likely lost an entire household of customers after last night. It's important to respect the people who are keeping your business afloat. Your phone etiquette is shockingly unkind. It's called customer service—maybe it's time to learn a bit more about it.
Absolutely horrible customer service. Even bare minimum would have been appropriate. Won't be returning.
The pizza we ordered was soggy and undercooked. The wings lacked any browning as well. We ended up having to cook everything more after it arrived.
I don't usually leave reviews unless it's really bad or really good. We had ordered 2 pizzas and 20 wings. The pizza looked great, but after pulling it apart I could immediately see it wasn't cooked all the way The wings looked like they had just been taken out of the bag and placed near an oven because they weren't even close to being done.Such a bummer when you're stoked to get your food and the people making it just didn't take their time or seem to care. I can say their delivery time was super fast, and they were friendly ?
