Feedback gevenWaited over an 40 minutes to get 2 bottles waters.Twenty minutes after we ordered to her and she told us to I will bring ur hookahs after 30 minutes we received our hookahs. it's was really really service and really bad experience for us .????
Hands down some of the best hummus, foul, fatteh, and falafel in town. The fatteh especially is out of this world!!!! The hookah is also delicious we love love to come here, as an Arab, I approve!!
Went there a few weeks ago on a Sunday midday. Had the place to ourselves. The young lady who helped was wonderful. She took the time to answer our (many) questions and had some very good suggestions for us to try. Great food and great service. Not real close to us, but will definitely make the trip back for more!
This morning I had a good breakfast experience with family and friends. Best Arabic food in Houston. 5 stars for the food, service, and atmosphere. The kids loved the food, and they want me to take them to eat at this restaurant again. Yes I am going back .
Later, another waiter came to take my order. He was more friendly, but there were some language barriers that made ordering a hassle. I completely understand; I’m an immigrant myself and started out as a waitress in the U.S. with little English. However, it's worth noting that you don’t need to speak the language to offer a smile, right? When the waiter brought the check, I noticed an 18% service charge added. I didn’t ask why it was there, as I had already planned to leave an extra 20% tip because of my experience as a waitress—I always try to tip generously. Yet, the waiter didn't even say thank you. When someone tips you 38%, a simple “thank you” or a smile would have been nice. This wasn’t my first visit to this restaurant; I've enjoyed the food before. Previously, a tall, friendly waiter had taken care of me, making me feel welcomed. Unfortunately, my last two experiences have been disappointing. I’ve decided I won’t be returning; there are plenty of other restaurants where I feel appreciated as a customer, and I don’t want to dine in a place where the staff seems to wish I wasn’t there.
