Alba - The Energy Corridor, Houston

I celebrated my daughter's birthday at Alba restaurant, and it was absolutely amazing and memorable. The staff were professional and inviting. They gave us more than expected and more. The food was spectacular and flavorful. The chef was engaging and friendly. We are vegan and they provided excellent vegan food. My favorite fine dining restaurant thus far in Houston. On a scale to 10 I rate Alba restaurant 11.

Amazing fine dining Italian food in Houston. Romantic ambiance , great wine list, and attentive service. We enjoyed the veal tonnato as appetizer and the foie gras. We had squid ink spaghetti with lobster and Barolo risotto with ossobuco which they both were divine . All the dishes are well presented and plated . Great presentation and flavors. The chef was around the dining room, he talked to us and made us feel so special. This should be a Michelin star restaurant

Amazing experience. Food is outstanding. The best pasta with white truffle I had in Houston and many other Michelin star restaurants in the world. Very romantic place with attentive service and details . The authentic Italian food although it's what takes this restaurant to the next level.

Alicia and the whole wait staff did a tremendous job. The chef is great and menu is well thought out. We will definitely be back!!!

I don't know how we missed this gem of a restaurant for so long. Alba is everything we love about fine dining and more... an elegant atmosphere, impeccable service and divine food that takes your breath away. What more can I say? We will be back!
