Brown Bag Deli

The sandwiches are pretty plain... But the chocolate chip cookie is actually pretty amazing!

I went to this BBD on Main because it was closer to my work for lunch. In the future I will go out of my way to go back to the one off 290. Lunch time traffic on Main street is a mess. I called ahead to make my order. The order was missing my chips and cookie I had ordered. I admit I should have checked it before I left, but I was in a hurry to get back to work. The sandwich was still delicious and I will continue to give them my business. Just not at this location.

Brown Bag Deli is by far the best place in downtown Houston to pick up a quick, quality sandwich. They're never stingy on the ingredients and they're incredibly fresh. Quality and quantity is definitely the name of the game at this deli. Highly recommended.

Unlike this dumbass below who has never been to a BBD before, this location is really convenient in the middle of downtown. Their sandwiches are meant to be overstuffed and customized the way you want. I always get the lemonade, I guess this moron isnt aware that u have to add sugar to the tea. Please disregard Will shitty review since he is oblivious to the way BBD works.

It makes a huge difference on which employee prepares your sandwhich. My first visit was great. On my next visit I ordered roast beef and received ham. The ingredients were all over the place. Very sad when you can't make a simple sandwhich correctly.
