Feedback gevenOkay, I've gone to this place before, and I loved the food here and the service at the place. This is my second time placing an order, the first one was okay but not this second time, I'm having an issue today with my order delivery, Delivery service barely ask for the customer names about the order but don't even ask to make sure the order was fine before walking out; this guy just delivered my Bowl and didn't even let me say a word to let me know that I'm missing something from it to enjoy my Lunch! How unethical. I have my order receipt on my app and the Drink was not delivered but charged regardless.

We ordered thru Grubhub. Price for crispy taco jumped up from 5 to $12 without a reason. Tip was automatically added at 25%. 25%. High delivery/ service costs crispy tacos were cold and soggy. They fell apart. Burritos were cold and wet. Our worst Mexican meal ever (for $40 no less). I’ll never order from there again.
The quality of food was terrible here. We ordered online from the app and I had extra veggies ordered in the bowl. Forget about extra, there was no veggies. The rice and chips were not cooked all the way. The quality of Chipotle is starting to deteriorate, this is the 2nd Chipotle we have had issues with. My daughter's order was also cooked wrong.
They did a good job. The supervisor Itzel did a great job very patient because I went in asking for a chicken bowl that was not with my order when I first picked it up. Then relized I had messed up saying chicken and it was supposed to be steak I even paid for the steak… I must have been thinking about chicken at the moment… idk… not there fault.Entirely my fault. But they were still able to resolve and help me out. Thanks guys yur AWESOME!!!!!
