Do they care about their customers? Or are they there to look pretty and giggle with each other? I walked out.

Rustika did a beautiful job with a king cake (plus custom message). First of all, it was MASSIVE. For the price (which was more competitive than much smaller cakes elsewhere), I was expecting something tiny. The person to whom I delivered it also said it was the best king cake they've ever had (and we used to live in New Orleans). The delivery was also seamless. The delivery person made sure to call when they were on the way. They were pretty much on time. All around, A+ experience. I don't live in Houston, but if I did, Rustika would be my go-to.

Been here a few times now over the last few months and every time the service has been terrible. Most recently I was looking at placing an order for a party but after going in there with my friend who wears a hijab and the way we were treated, we'll never be coming back here again.

Unwelcoming experience, rude customer service. I ordered an iced vanilla latte and it genuinely tasted like water. They need to bring in better products and better workers. Will never go back.

This place should be better rated. Such a great experience. Nice staff. Free samples. Amazing food.
