Very good service, nice atmosphere and clean bathroom. Steve is the best employee, he always greet clients with a lovely happy smile, and he makes sure all the clients are satisfied and happy with the service. This is our most favorite Starbucks location in the Woodlands. Strongly recommend to friends and anyone looking for a nice coffee place in the area.

The staff at this Woodlands location warmly greeted me as I walked in the door. I asked for tea recommendations and the barista took the time to explain to me all the options. They have a big table for laptops that is great for meetings. Internet speed here is great. Nice patio area as well. highly recommend.

We stopped by yesterday on our way home and were disappointed. None of the sweets we wanted were available, seems to be a Starbucks thing these days, the one that we got was not taken out of its packaging, and this could have been an offday or just a brutal one, but the staff was not very customer oriented with their approach. We'll more than likely swing by again after all fall season line up of fun coffees is just a hurricane season away and hope the experience will be more positive. In the meantime, stay strong, be well, and talk to headquarters about supplying the goods more often! ????

Yesterday was a good day! The whole process from loading, to ordering, and receiving my order was smooth and without any glitch! The young man who took my order and made it, too, was extremely pleasant and fast! Hope that this location will become a new favorite!

Super disappointed in my experience at this location recently. I pay an extra $1.25 for sweet cream cold foam and it?s almost never made right. The past 3 times I?ve been here they give me salted caramel instead of what I ordered (vanilla) and when I do get the vanilla cold foam, there is little to none in my cup. The customer service is always amazing, but attention to detail is lacking.
