Everything was very good and fresh. I haven't been to a restaurant in Houston that was this good. The parking is limited but it is worth it. I will definitely be back, probably today?DD was great!! Very
The habachi was delicious with HUGE portions! I had enough for 2 people to eat on 3 days!!! I had the chicken and shrimp bowl. The spicy yum yum sauce was my favorite over the sweet heat. I would pass on the cheesy shrimp egg rolls next time. I’ve got to say that the food is a bit too salty. It was also confusing to know which door to go to since it’s connected to a car wash.
I really wish people would stop making things look so good on Instagram and Tik tok ?.Probably the worst hibachi I’ve ever had. $84.00 (tip automatically included) maybe that’s why the waitresses lacked personality and enthusiasm. I ordered the filet mignon, lobster and shrimp. Although everything had a decent flavor the steak was far from filet mignon. They never asked how I would like it cooked so when it came out, it was way overcooked and like I said tasted nothing like a filet. The onions were served almost raw and the spice from the almost raw onion burned the back of my throat. It came with a choice of “sauce” and I quote because there was nothing saucy about it. Literally it was whipped butter with minced garlic GLOB. Then ordered the spicy garlic because I was told that’s the only real “sauce” and it tasted like Cajun bagged butter like the kind that is served on your popcorn at a movie theater This total included absolutely no drink. I drank water and the food was lukewarm at best. Everything turned cold rather quickly. Safe to say I wouldn’t recommend nor would I return. For the same price someone can cook it on your table at a real hibachi restaurant for two people.
My family and I came In because my mother-in-law was shared this place by my boyfriend. Preface: I am white and my boyfriend and family are black, our daughter is mixed. This will be explained later.1) the parking is difficult with the car wash in the same parking lot.2) the food is sub par. I know the vegetables are frozen. You can tell by the carrots. How hard would it be to cut up carrots and vegetables at the beginning of the work day. The noodles were, I believe, Italian spaghetti noodles. The seasoning was very heavy and borderline too salty.3) a can of coke or sprite is $3..... not sure why fountain drinks are not a thing.4) the interior was not giving fine dinning. a slab of marble hanging on the wall does not make you expensive. The floor tiles were cracking and my boyfriend said it felt like it was going to cave in.5) only forks???? they do not give you chop sticks. You have to ask for them. Your food automatically comes as a to-go order with nothing labeled as to what it might be.6) customer service left a bad taste in my mouth. the guy was nice. He said welcome to stick chops and was very helpful with our order. The young lady with the diving board eye lashes and the horrible attitude was very stand offish. It appeared to me that, on multiple occasions, she was looking at my boyfriend and i as if she disapproved of our relationship. Another young lady who was a customer came up to the counter I believe to get her order only to met with eyelashes standing at the other end of the bar typing away on her phone. She stood there 4 or 5 mins waiting to be helped then went back to her seat. Another customer left their notification vibrator thing on the counter and she was rude about getting her attention. In a normal establishment, if an individual gets enough complains they would be out the door. She's not the girl for yall. She should have a promotion to customer so she can gob work somewhere her personality would benifit from, like McDonald's.7) the price. How can you, with a clear conscience charge those prices for frozen food????? My mother-in-law paid $284 for 5 people. Just because you have lobster doesn't mean you are fine dinning. I can make better food. The mall makes better food. This place needs to rethink its concept. This is not Cajun. This was not hibachi. It is over price mall food that is trying to be high classes and failing. The service is sub par, prices too high, and we will not be returning. It's a shame, because supporting black owned businesses is a great thing, but not when I'm made to feel uncomfortable because I'm dating a black guy, or to eat a dinner where most is frozen previously.Sorry not sorry. Will not be recommending this to anyone.
