Where is my triple cheese ? drove all the way over there.

Today’s experience was absolutely terrible. We waited over thirty minutes for our food and never got our food. Fast food has totally taken a dump since Covid.

Would give 0 stars if I could but it won’t allow me too. I come here pretty often and never had a problem, but today I went through drive thru and told them I was using the app, the girl who came out to give me my food had a bad attitude when I told her I needed to scan my app to get my reward. I then asked her for ketchup because I requested it at the menu board she signed , rolled her eyes and gave me a big fuss about how she’s trying to go home. Terrible customer service. She needs to be fired for her poor customer service, does not look good on the company. Will be going to a different location.

This place was busy at 10:20pm in the lobby and drive through, but they were very quick, polite and hospitable. The chicken strips, wings, burger and fries were all delicious.

I loved there patty melts and onion rings. I wish they would bring back the blue cheese burger it's was
