Samosorn Thai - The Rocks

I was extremely disappointed with my experience at this restaurant. I waited for my food for 30 minutes and ultimately never received it. When I asked for a refund, I was given no real explanation for the delay.

The atmosphere of the restaurant, with the bustling kitchen and lively chatter, feels authentic. However, once the food arrived, it was disappointing. The flavors seemed to be tailored to suit the local palate, but the pad thai was bland and watery, while the meat dishes were overcooked.

I visited this restaurant located in the food court of Pitt St Mall before a Saturday night show. I was impressed with the decor and cleanliness. We tried the pad Thai and Rice Gai Yang, both of which were delicious and affordable. I would definitely recommend this restaurant.

We came to lunch on weekends and had the pad Thai, Pad Si Ew and boat noodles. All were excellent. Great decor felt like in Thailand.

Have been here a few times, decor is great and service is good considering how busy they are during the lunchtime peak. The menu is quite extensive This time we had Khao Gai Yaang grilled turmeric and lemongrass marinated chicken Khao Na Bpedt... roasted duck and Sai Ouah northern pork sausage . The roasted duck was very good, the grilled chicken was average but the texture of the sausage was mushy, not good at all. The dishes here can be a bit hit and miss, make the right choices and the meal will be enjoyable.
