Premier Inn Seaton

We booked an overnight so we could christmas shop in Exeter then drive to Seaton. The room was a good size, very clean and comfortable. Food drinks: We booked for evening meal and were not disappointed. All the food was piping hot and really enjoyable, highly recommend. Rooms: 5 Service: 4 Location: 4 Hotel highlights: Great value

Clean, pleasant staff, Breakfast chef verrrry slow. Didn't use restaurant facilities this next time. Only 8 cars in car park, room not as clean as before. Jan 2024 not the best experience. An elephant in the room above, so no sleep 1st night, told the room was empty upstairs, so it must be a ghost elephant on the second night. Always look forward to a relaxing bath, this time I was in a tiny room with no bath, asked around reception and was told no bath as those rooms are for families. I have stayed here multiple times and always had a bath available. Never met this unhelpful member of staff before. Feel disappointed, not the break I wanted to relax. Window was dripping with condensation in the morning, shower room could do with a deep clean. The hotel was not full, I don't believe there wasn't a room with a bath available. Many more charging points for electric cars now. Walkability: Tesco opposite and beach front 5 mins away. Rooms: 4 Service: 4 Location: 3
