We staid at the Red Roof, Then the next night there was not a Red Food close to us so we stopped at a Howard Johnson's. The Red Roof rooms have the Howard Johnson's we staid at beat 2 to1. I have not got one complaint at all with the Ted Roof and will try to book them from now on if possible. See ya in January again! They ask the wife to come back to the Orange Blossom Opry again.
Beautiful restaurant with a great atmosphere right in the square. Service was excellent and the food was well prepared. She had the crab cake that was exactly the way she liked it, and I had the calf-saving migiana that was perfect. The upscale food in a relaxed environment.
We had a nice meal, starting with lobster bisque. The special home drink was a pumpkin spice white Russian very tasty. The pork medallions marsala were delicate and tasteful, and the main rib was perfectly prepared. All sides were as well cooked, with crispy fresh vegetables as we like them. Our waiter was friendly, well trained and the right degree of attention. We will definitely come back.
Fantastic addition to this area. New. Open for 2 months from March 2017. This is an upscale restaurant in an area lined with pub and chain restaurants. The menu is excellent and cheap. The main rib is delicious. The waiting staff is professional and friendly. If you want a real culinary experience in The Villages, that's it.
We had a very nice time. I ordered the fried chicken and it is a very large serving! You get a breast or thigh a wing and a drumstick served with zucchini and coleslaw. My husband got the prime rib cheesesteak sandwich served with sweet potato fries and it was very good also. The server was very polite but attentive. Employees were wearing face masks and everybody is sat at a nice distance.
