The Brock Inn - The Ward

Today, my wife, my son (who is visiting from Australia), and I had lunch at The Brock Inn. As always, the food and service were excellent. However, our dining experience was disrupted when two women and four kids arrived. The children were engrossed in their electronic devices at full volume, creating a loud and disruptive atmosphere. Despite the disapproving looks from other diners, the women did not address the noise level. If this had been a quieter establishment, I am certain the staff would have intervened. Despite this inconvenience, we still enjoyed our meal and will return in the future. Hopefully, the noisy group will consider dining in a more suitable environment next time.

On Monday night, I had an amazing dining experience at this restaurant. The staff was very friendly and attentive. I highly recommend stopping by if you're in the area. The bar business also seemed to be flourishing.

The noise level quickly rose as the kids played loudly on their electronic devices, with no effort from the women to quiet them down. Despite the disapproving looks from other diners, the women seemed unaware of the disruption they were causing. It was disappointing that they didn't consider how their children's behavior was affecting others. In a quieter restaurant, I'm sure the staff would have addressed the situation. Fortunately, this didn't take away from our overall enjoyment of the meal, and we will still be returning in the future.

The food here is absolutely fantastic! My absolute favorite is the chicken special, which I always have to order. I can’t wait to enjoy it again!
