Feedback gevenDO NOT ORDER FROM HERE! NO ONE'S HERE!I placed an order online (before 6pm) last Wednesday to pick up for dinner on my way home. Site said it was open and site took my order and charged my card. I get to the store and the door is locked and no workers and no visible food inside. The lights are on, and my name was even on the order board inside! No one on location or at the corporate number is answering the phones and there's no voicemail to ask for a callback. Filing a claim with my bank to get my money back!
I cannot give a rating because all of Boston Market stores are closed except the ones in Philadelphia.
When I try to get lunch, it's never open or the food is never ready. Barely see customers and the one time I had food, it was old and dry. One would think it's a money laundering front.
Got here at 5pm to pick up something for dinner, sign is lit, place is not shut down but no one is here and no explanation. I called and auto robot talks like place is open but it ain't. Don't waste your time, folks. Sadly no one is here. It's now 5:09
What happened to Boston Market? When we arrived, one door was locked and it looked like nobody was inside. We walked to the other side and went in. I asked the ONLY employee if they were open and he replied with, If we wasn 't open you wouldn 't have been able to walk through that door. How gracious of him. I ordered my son 's dinner. The corn was soggy, the chicken was dried out. And he told us they were out of cornbread. Plus, he packed our food TOGO without asking. We still dined in. Such a disappointment. This restaurant used to be great! Refund please!
