The staff was amazing during a big rush. They got everyone taken care of in record tkme.

Never have issues with the food. But what I didn't like, I hope upper management see this, is as yes it was busy, had some managers sitting down at a table talking. Instead of getting up to help, scolded the employees who were taking orders. Its a mall , so everyone ends up in same area... to order and for pickup. Instead of getting up to help, be traffic control, just sat there griping at them. I am sure that was not the only time that day. If it were me, I would have dropped my gear and left. Come and help, be a part of the team, a solution. Dont sit behind the desk and gripe at people. They were not slacking, but waiting for people to make their way to ordering line. Looked like 2 store managers and 2 senior managers.

Fast food. Kinda overpriced for something I have to stand and order in a chow line and then hungry again an hour later.
