Chili's Grill - The Woodlands

Living in The Woodlands since 2010, and in the past we have been trying to avoid this Chili’s location because we had few bad experiences with the service and quality of food.. But now, after being there with the Family 3 times, we were pleasantly surprised with the improvement we all noticed lately!! Kudos Folks!

The service was top tier, the food was hot, and I will be returning. Great experience overall, and I enjoyed interacting with the Jocelyn, the manager was very sweet kind. Our server, Jay, was professional, very polite, attentive, and knows his job very well.

This location is a very well hidden spot. We met up here with our church group a few weeks ago and had a wonderful fellowship. The signature food was great as always and the wait staff was very attentive and courteous?
