Grimaldi's Pizzeria - The Woodlands

The wait time is terrible, and the restaurant is understaffed. The restroom situation is even worse, with people unable to wait their turn; it's a one-person-at-a-time situation, and they are literally trying to rush in.

This is good pizza, it's a thin style brick oven crust, the ingredients are well proportioned so one doesn't overpower the other. Except cheese, cheese seems light at times. The pizzas seems to have gotten better after a brief period of shortcoming. However, the amount of cheese you get on some of their pizzas can be minimal. Not sure if they use chunks or shredded but at times it can seem light. Edited after response.

We have always loved Grimaldi's, but we've noticed that the quality of online orders has been declining. Today was not the first time our pizza arrived with very few toppings. We ordered the Brooklyn Bridge, and there was hardly any sausage on it. I didn’t call to complain because I’m not looking for a refund, but I hope this review encourages you to pay more attention to online orders.

Manager really should watch the servers tables better. This last time we were there the service was awful. Argued about drinks we ordered,had me go up to the POS system to run my gift card and instead of handing me the check directly she said she needed to put it all together to bring to us. 15 minutes later we still didn’t have the check, and after the manager walked by our table, to deal with another one of her tables, my husband finally went inside to get our check himself. No apology, nothing. Anytime we have any issue their management definitely doesn’t seem to care. The managers tend to be more interested in being the expeditor cutting pizza.

Jojo was such a great waitress! First time here and she provided such great service! Pizza was great, highly recommend!
