La Madeleine - The Woodlands

Wonderful food and coffee. I got to try a little of all the delights that they have and everything was exceptionally in both taste and appearance. The cappuccino was well bodied as well as the espresso. The salmon I did like but as far as taste the sauce on top was a little too sweet for me but the salmon itself was cooked to my liking. The pasta was wonderful had a very nice pesto base sauce which made it extra delicious. Prices are pretty reasonable and one snack during my study time unfortunately led to many because they where so good from the fruit tarts to the Creme Brulee. The mini tarts also if you love them are 6 for $11.49 which is a good deal since each are $2.49 a piece. Comfortable atmosphere and wonderful staff. They have seating that can accommodate big parties. Overall a very good and reputable establishment with good quality food and staff.

I had lunch today here with my family. La Madeleine has changed their menu and added new items like the sweet crepes. I am glad that they serve breakfast all day because my son loves the breakfast. The potato soup is my favorite. In my opinion La Madeleine had the best potato soup. Today I decided to try the sweet crepe, one of its new item. I was disappointed, it was lacking flavor , the crepe was soggy and they put too much powder sugar on top. Overall, service is always good and fast but I wouldn’t recommend the crepe.

Great little French style bakery. Love their cappuccinos. I have had many things here, breakfast, sandwiches, soups, deserts, croissants, etc. Always delicious and fresh.

We always enjoy our special breakfast mornings when we come here. We especially enjoy out time when it's cold or rainy outside and we can have breakfast next to the fireplace. The food, coffee, and service are always good here
