Ordered on the app at 2:25 pm. Got to drive thru at 240, and at 245, got to where you order. Told them my name for online order. Got to window at 255 and THEY STILL HAD NOT EVEN STARTED the order. The man told me to pull up front and park. When I questioned why my order wasn't ready he got an attitude and told me they only had 3 people up front so go park. I said just give me a refund, this is ridiculous. He came back and said the manager said I can't get a refund because I ordered on the app so I had to call and request refund. So I asked for the home office phone number. Would not give it, said the manager said to Google it. So I asked for managers name. Tried not to tell me that either. So I said I will just come inside for my order, if I park you'll probably still forget to make my order. So I go in and he says manager said she will call and request refund for you. I said unless refund is cash right now, just make my order. I've already waited almost an hour by this point. So manager comes out, with an attitude and asks me what the problem is. Well, I ordered almost an hour ago and still no food, and drive through guy got attitude. So she says Well, we are short handed. So I said I instead of attitude, maybe just apologize that ya'll obviously forgot to make my order and I probably would have waited patiently, as I understand stuff happens, but it needs to be handled accordingly. Then she apologized, and did seem sincere. Awful experience.
If they screw up your drive thru order they won't offer any sort of credit. They just make you drive back. So check your food carefully. Or consider another location because this was super unprofessional.
Turn on your fryers 30 minutes before the time the restaurant opens. It's not difficult.
Their chicken sandwiches are nice. Recommended to try any of them.
