But for y'all I say keep doing the good work, even though it's in a gas station. Still it shouldn't deter anyone from eating y'all food. Because it authentic, speaks for it self, and its family home cooking.

My wife and I decided to try a different Mexican restaurant than usual to celebrate National Taco Day. Fiesta Grill in Thibodaux did not disappoint! We were greeted kindly and seated quickly. Our server, Gabriela, was very friendly, knowledgeable, and took care of all our needs. We started with the complementary chips and salsa. Although I thought at first the salsa was a little different than what we were used to from the other restaurants, theirs was absolutely delicious. We ended up needing a second round, lol. My wife had the taco plate with rice and beans, and I had the tacos al carbon with charros beans and salad. Onions and cilantro topped my tacos, while my wife had the lettuce, tomato, and cheese. Although, once she saw my onions, she requested some for herself as well. Gabriela was very accommodating. These plates were fantastic! The steak on the tacos was seasoned and cooked perfectly, and the rice and beans were perfect sides. We are definitely going back and will try more on the menu. Thank you for such a wonderful dinner!!
We travel nearly 30 minutes to frequent this low key breakfast spot. The variety of the breakfast menu alone keeps our kids and most folks happy (like enormous beignets, pancakes or a traditional huevos rancheros . But our favorite item , is ordered from the main menu (most menu items available for bf . The baleadas especial is a large, fresh tortilla stuffed with eggs, steak, avocado beans and more : My husband likes to add a carnitas taco on the side… don’t forget the hot green sauce (well, just Gimmie all the sauces please! Lol And who ever said chips, salsa, and guac don’t go perfectly with your breakfast coffee?!We have loved this place for years, and now that it’s back in the hands of their original owner. We’re curious to see where it goes. So far, the changes made are fantastic. We love the new tables and chairs! Kid-friendliness: Family friendly for sure
The food is amazing and the prices are too! We will be back soon.
