Waffle House - Thibodaux

I don't understand why no one answers the phone here. We work next door and attempt to call and place orders for pick up (bc we're working, we don't have time to go place the order, sit and wait on the food, but can go pick up the order once ready) multiple times a week, but no one will EVER answer the phone. We will continue to take our business else where, where people actually answer phones and take customers orders. Why have a phone line if no one answers it?!

Waffle House, Thibodaux did a phenomenal job place very clean, order was fast, friendly, and correct!!!!

How you going to have 5 people working, but do to go orders only until 4am? It’s 3am and I wanted to sit down and eat before traveling back to Des Allemands. I’m glad I don’t live in Thibodaux. Staffing is not an issue, but work ethic appears to be.

Food was delicious, service was okay, could have been better.

It's the waffle house, the only thing that can go wrong is the staff and the staff here had it together that night.
