A&w - Thief River Falls

The employees weren't helpful. I have an allergy to onions and was told that my mushrooms burger couldn't be made without. I also presented a coupon received for my birthday from company they refused to honor and it was for that store. Prices are also higher at this location. Overall this was the worst experience I've had with A&W

Decent food, but slow service and they're only open when they feel like being open.

Great food wish we had one in fargo. I drove there just to eat.

A little pricey for what you get and they are closed on weekends.

Not impressed with the a&w in trf. Dining area dirty, no paper towels in bathroom, employees behaving unprofessional, on their phone talking loud while walking around seating area and behind the counter. As we leave we mentioned that whoever stocks the bathrooms the women's need towels. They didn't understand.
