Little Italy - Thirroul

The food was delicious and there was plenty of it. The service was fast and the staff were friendly. The atmosphere and views from the outdoor balcony were outstanding. I would highly recommend this restaurant.

I've never been to this restaurant before and decided to give it a try. My friend and I shared a very soggy and tasteless "Italian?" salad, the bruschetta we also shared was reasonable, and the entree size "Seafood with salmon Pasta" had no visible pieces of salmon. $75 was the cost for 2 was far too expensive and poor value for money.

I booked this restaurant for a table of 10 people many weeks before the date of the booking. On the day of the booking, I received an email from them cancelling my booking due to them not being open over Easter. I had specifically booked this restaurant given it was above a pub and the booking was accepted and even confirm by the booking provider. I understand the not trading over the Easter period however they should have advised of trading hours before the day of my booking. I now have the task of finding another place that can accommodate 10 people.

Now called 'The Deck' - It has excellent food, whatever you have, from Pizza, Pasta and some really nice mains. Make sure you book though, as it can get pretty busy. You can sit inside or outside on the verandah.

The food, cleanliness, service, and atmosphere at this restaurant were all perfect. The prices of the meals were reasonable for the generous portions. The young wait staff were energetic and attentive. I would definitely not hesitate to come back again.
