McDonald's - Thoiry

Had dinner there while he was waiting for the bus. Typical McDonald's from the menu to the surroundings. relatively favourable compared to the prices in the region.

I was with this McDonald a few times, because it's sometimes the only place that's open in the local area. It can never disappoint, and after my last visit I will never go back. The service is incredibly slow (18 minutes to get... a wrap menu last visit), unfriendly, and the staff looks completely uninterested. I've never seen such a demotivation before. It is a McDonalds so you don't expect much in terms of food quality, but here it has reached a new low point. The frits lubricated as if they had boiled in engine oil that had not been changed for a decade. The pack was okay, but if I wanted to wait 18 minutes, I would have found a real restaurant. I never recommend visiting this McDonald, even if you are desperate. It is really worth driving another 20-30mins to go to Switzerland, or the one in Ferney Voltaire. McDonalds France should examine this franchise and insist on new management or complete it.

Came with friends, because we are new in the zone for a quick lunch. On arrival everything was dirty and the air smells very bad. Order a Mac menu through the ordering station and decided to pick up at the counter because the...zone is not well specified. While we were waiting, I saw one of the employees dropped a smothee hat. He took it off the ground and laid it up as if nothing had happened. We got our food and went to our tables. My friend found a very long hair in his packaging, my other friend had no fork or knife food the salad. I talked to the director about what happened and he took his shoulders and finished his shift and left. Very unprofessional. Macdonalds France should look into this place.

Well it's not going to be stunning, it's a McDonalds, but at least the drive through has now been re-modelled.

Restaurant half empty, waiting 16 minutes, not fast food. Of course the employee denies responsibility saying she was waiting for the kitchen...
