Terribly disappointed with the welcome we received during our visit. Yes, I admit, we hadn 't booked, we showed up with a smile and it 's almost as if madame didn 't dismiss us like trash by looking down on us, as for sir, it 's no better, I told him I kindly tried to call but the answering machine was to which I was told: I can 't answer everyone, I have something else to do in a more than limited tone.
