Feedback gevenI wish I could give this restaurant zero stars. I found moldy egg on my sandwich. There was no direct number to contact the store online, so I called the complaint line. I was told that someone would contact me, but I still have not received a call back. I have also reported this to the health department.
I waited in line for my food mind you this is not rush hour it is 2:30 p.m. in the afternoon I waited for my food which came out cold. And incorrect I ordered my meal with no mayonnaise or lettuce only ask for ketchup on one and catch and pickle on the other one I called to see if they would Rectify this mistake. Not sure if I was going to go back today or another day I was trying to figure it out with the manager on the phone but I was appalled that she asked me to bring back my food after making me wait for my food and after getting my food wrong. I don't know why she's so eager so I can take it back and she can throw it away because you can't take back food. At this point I don't even want to waste my gas to go deal with an inexperienced manager. The worst customer service ever.
I would give this place a negative 5 if I could. This Burger King has the worst service. When we got there , no one was in line. I explained to the girl at the register that my mom was in a sugar crisis and I urgently needed just a plain ice cream cone. I had to ask twice for it. They finally got it to me 10 minutes after paid for it. I never demand anything from anyone but it was an urgent situation, a matter of possible life and death which I tried to explain to her upon ordering. When mom was ok we placed our order. It took over 30 minutes to get our food. It was only 4 meals. Then the lady threw the bags down on the counter saying here when we said something about it taking so long. I have never been treated like that from a fast food place. I was embarrassed to the point of tears. I will never go back!
The line was interminably slow, finally, I get to the window for my food, and they gave it to the person in front of me. Finally got it and the burger was dry and burnt in places. The only good thing was that they didn't charge me for it.
This Burger King is the most unprofessional, unprepared, and disappointing I have ever visited. The drive-thru service is consistently slow, with wait times of at least 15 minutes even when there are no other cars ahead of you. If there is anyone in line before you, expect to wait at least 25 minutes. Despite being only a mile from my house, I only come here as a last resort, and I am always disappointed with the experience.
