Tim Hortons - Thornbury

This Tims is not great, but it’s not bad either. I think it’s the high staff turnover. Everytime I go I see new faces and they always seem confused at the orders and the products that they carry. Guess it’s a training issue. I still go as staff are friendly despite issues.

Got my order wrong at the drive through and the staff were impolite about their error.

I go there daily and get my breakfast. Love this place. Its near my workplace. Quick supply and fast staff

I did an online order and waited 30 min and it never showed. Emailed Tim Hortons and they said they can't do anything about a refund. Told me they can't find the online order aswell

We stopped in here on our way home, staff was quick, and witty, now on our way to Barrie we stopped at the Tim’s in Meaford, what a joke of a store, staff talks loud as anything and at a hundred miles an hour , all so you can get asked 4 times what did you order, and then no apple fritters! Come on, it’s picture is on the sign, then when we substituted a donut , both were stale, get with it, terrible location to exit from as well, not a pic of mine, cheers
