During my first visit, I tried the scrumptious vegan carrot cake, and on my second visit, I opted for the bean burger. The burger was flavorful and hearty, paired with a variety of fresh salads. The attentive server mentioned that the burger was a new addition to the menu and asked for my feedback on the taste and texture to relay to the kitchen. The coffee here is also top-notch.
Despite the number of times I drove through thornhill, I was completely superfluous for this jewel of an orte that even existed. I love my coffee and my scones and both didn't let me down. the skorone was a picture of perfection, firm on the outside and beautiful and soft in the middle. my only disappointment was that I wasn't there for lunch as they roast tomato and pfeffer soup, and also a daily special of the Haggis pee. this place is defined my holding place for coffee on the way through thornhill. the gift shop is huge and we are also equipped with high quality items.
Me the missus are regular visitors to the tearoom have lunches on the outside, accompanied by our wee staffie dog. eating is excellent! our last visit included a starter 'apple parsnip ' suppe. the personal is a friendly shop is a good place to buy imaginative gifts.
Regular haunt for us on a day out. Excellent wholesome menu, lovely soups and home baking to die for, coffee and walnut cake Jimmy. Lovely shop as well and an excellent ambiance.
Great food and a wonderful shop what’s not to like? The only drawback is that we end up spending too much money here on lovely things.
