Domino's Pizza - Thornhill

While it may be strange to write a review for a fast food chain restaurant, not all locations are the same. I am a fan of Domino's Pizza and usually enjoy ordering from this particular location close to my home. However, my most recent experience was disappointing. I typically order online to take advantage of the best deals and rewards, but when I arrived at the restaurant, the staff had trouble finding my order in the system despite providing them with the confirmation number. Eventually, I received my pizza only to find that it had not been sliced and was overcooked. This was a letdown as I had previously had great service and pizza from this location. Unfortunately, this time I have to give this location a poor rating.

Domino's has thin crust pizza similar to a cracker. I love this. Wide variety of toppings at reasonable prices. They have specials as well.

Yummy new appetizers currently and always been added. I am addicted to the cheese par-magian garlic bites. They also now make pizza slices made to order fresh 2x pizza squares many great food combination offers for friends and family and solo choices

Wednesday, September 15th, 2015 at 7 p.m. Large 4 topping delicious pizza at just $12 incredible customer service. Can't go wong with that. I walked into this restaurant with no other intention other than to pay them $12 in exchange for great quality pizza. Due to high sales volume that evening, what would normally take 15 to be prepared, took 24 minutes. But that's okay. I really did not mind, because they were very busy and the workers appeared to be working at hypersonic speeds, which was very impressive. The Chef even sincerely apologized for the long wait and his hard work, friendliness and professionalism, topped off with excellent customer service made it worth the wait.

My kids like this one of all the chain pizza joints. While it does beat (egghh) Pizza Pizza it's still chain store pizza. I'll probably keep ordering the $45 2 pizzas for my kids but I usually don't participate.
