While the food is quite greasy and not something I would typically eat regularly, I do find myself craving it occasionally and always enjoy it when I do go a few times a year. The menu is quite extensive, but I tend to stick to the few items that I really enjoy. I will continue to visit and wish them success in their new location.
The staff at this restaurant was rude and provided poor service. Despite it being a busy day, there is no excuse for treating customers poorly.
This is the first kosher Chinese restaurant I have ever visited. I ordered Szechuan chicken for takeout and it was delicious. Definitely worth trying.
We've eaten here a few times and the food has always been good, but the business side of things is, depending on the day, either extremely disorganized or not bad. There is really no consistency. This is one of the only kosher Chinese Food establishments in the area. The prices are high for what you're getting.
This is more of a takeout place than a sit down restaurant--there are very few tables. The food is excellent. Quantities are large, the price is reasonable and the food is very fresh. I have taken food out of this restaurant several times and I have always been pleased. The last time, I was heading out for a road trip for a few days. I arrived at Golden Chopsticks at precisely noon, when it opens, and the order was ready in about twenty minutes. The girl at the counter was extremely friendly. I had spoken to her the night before to ask her whether to order in advance and she had told me it made no difference. The restaurant opens at noon and the food would be prepared at that time. Everything was nicely packed and labeled and there were even fortune cookies. We took several dishes with us and they kept us happy at dinnertime for three days.
