Onezo Tapioca Wán Zuò - Thornhill

Tried to get a drink from OneZo but the store did not open even though it says it opens at 12pm. There was a woman and a kid in there and the woman saw me and still refused to open. Tried to call to see if there's any plans to open and she didn't even pick up the phone. Unbelievable..

I ordered 0% ice and 80% sugar. I visited in the evening. As soon as I got the drink, I walked to my car and back to the plaza as I was picking up more items at other stores and noticed that my hand was sticky after placing my drink in the car. When I got home and held the drink to my door, I noticed a drip and my hands were sticky again. It wasn’t sealed properly and I also saw at this point that there is ice inside. I checked my car and there was a small spill I had to clean up.In the video you can hear and see the ice in spite of the label, and also see the drip on the sticker. Picture shows where it wasn’t sealed correctly when I looked for where the drip came from.In general service was friendly, the drink was yummy and there was a good amount of tapioca inside. If they had gotten the order right and sealed properly I would give this 5 stars. Docking 2 stars mostly due to the improper seal and inconvenience of sticky car and hands.

Used a $5 dollar coupon on the hungry panda app to purchase a brown sugar olong latte. Server asked me how much discount i got and how much I paid, then she made me a cheaper drink on the menu, insisting it is the same as what I ordered. This is very inappropriate.

I came here on a Saturday afternoon and the place was pretty busy. I ordered the totaro tapioca milk tea and a bubble waffle. The wait time was long because there were lots of customers and only 1 employee but it was worth the wait. The drink tasted delicious and the tapioca texture was perfectly chewy. The bubble waffle was yummy and freshly made. I highly recommend OneZo.

I ordered a Jasmine Green Tea (no milk), mind that I am lactose intolerant. The lady gave me a Jasmine Milk Tea instead.I mentioned to her that she made the wrong drink so it has it be remade. She then proceeded to WASH the tapioca balls in the sink for the sake of reusing them…. Utterly gross.
