Recently I visited Tim hortons and it was great experience as they provide fast customer

Yesterday I was mortified by this location and the way they treated other human beings. I was enjoying my morning coffee when 4 police officers entered the restaurant apparently called by management to remove “homeless” people from the restaurant. These people were paying customers who hadn’t even finished their coffees and they were asking them to leave. They were doing nothing wrong but enjoying their coffee and breakfast. I was embarrassed as a human being to see this happen. All because they had backpacks with them? They weren’t making a scene, no noise…nothing. Disgusting! Will never return to this restaurant again. Shame shame

Sounds like a fantastic atmosphere at the Tim Hortons! The energetic and cheerful young staff create a welcoming vibe that adds a positive touch to the whole experience. Great to hear they're spreading good vibes even during long shifts!
