Got my order wrong. I kept calling all the day and their phone was busy. After my 10th attempt.. no joke it started ringing now bit they wouldn't pick up.. well I only wanted my order replaced. But iam glad all this happened as iam never going thereagain.
The drive through girl was rude. She was slow and we had to repeat our order three times. Our food is cold and stale.
Food was fresh and warm, drive-thru time was minimal and the order was right. Seems that getting the order correct has become a real talent for fast-food places anymore! But Burger King got it right!
I had to tell them three times within 30 seconds to give me a moment with the menu to figure out what I wanted. I was greeted with poor attitude at the speaker and the window. Very snappy and rude. Aren't stocked with all menu items and rude about thattoo. Gipped me on my fries too. Not happy at all.
