Chick-fil-a - Thornton

I used the window at the running gear to order a platter of sixty chicken nuggets, but unfortunately, they were out of stock. We took the food home and enjoyed it there. It was really delicious! Food: 5/5.

I was quite disappointed with my recent visit. I was informed that there is a limit of three items per car, which seems unreasonable considering they have five meal times and each person generally wants or needs at least two items. When I asked if we could purchase additional items, I was told they only sell them in 8oz sizes. I really hope they understand that this new "three items per vehicle" policy is frustrating for customers. Until this policy changes, I won't be returning to this restaurant.

The service was quick, and the restaurant was bustling on Saturday night. However, there was a lot of paper and trash on the floors. The tables were quite dirty as well, and it looked like they hadn't been cleaned in a while. I frequently visit the location in Havana Gardens, which is just as busy but much cleaner. The staff here was friendly and the service was efficient!

My family and I just drove around and looked for a good place to eat something. when we drove from chick- fil-A, this place sounded so good! we ordered our food, put us down and enjoyed our food. it was perfected as always, the staff were all friendly and helpful. the atmosphere was also very pleasant! we'll be back soon!

Epic fail this afternoon. Ordered through the mobile app. Both my sandwiches were incorrect (how do u confuse spicy chicken filet with grilled spicy? no dipping sauces as requested, no napkins and no fork for my kids Mac cheese. Who is back there that can't read???
