Feedback gevenIt took nearly an hour for the server to return, only to inform us that half of our table's orders had been messed up. The server's lack of professionalism was disappointing. Overall, I was unimpressed and I won't be coming back here.
When we first showed up the Hostess/Barkeepers, we were rudely argued that we had no reservation. I had to show her my handy that we actually had one for the Thornton site. the gentleman who was our server was great, but the young one who delivered our food spilled a whole cup salsa on my $400 pendleton coat on me. then brought me a dry towel to blur it. I have a $70 dry cleaning bill now, which I didn't need. the food was not completely cooked. had to ask twice for drinks. we'll never be back.
I had a disappointing experience at this restaurant. The hostess was rude, and it took a long time for a waitress to attend to us. The food was mediocre at best, but it was ridiculously expensive. We had to ask for cutlery, which took so long that our food ended up cold. I also had to request the check. Overall, it was not a good experience.
Our server was great and the food was tasty, but the kitchen was understaffed and it took over an hour to get our food.
The food was outstanding the waiter was nice but it took way longer than it should have for our orders to arrive close to one hour
