Mcdonald's - Thornton

They don’t include essential breakfast condiments with your takeout order, which makes the breakfast pretty much useless. I can eat pancakes without syrup, but when you’re in a hurry to get to work, it’s frustrating to have to drive all the way back to McDonald's, wait in line, and waste time just to get syrup that should have been included in the bag. On the other hand, I have to say that some employees are really nice during lunchtime and have brightened my day. I just wish they would include more condiments with the food, which isn’t bad overall.

The service was slow, but it was definitely worth the wait. The burgers are juicy, and the fries are cooked perfectly.

The restaurant has a lovely ambiance both inside and out, and the food is quite good. I'm impressed that the McDonald's app consistently works well, which is a significant advantage compared to some other fast food establishments. The only downside is the lack of a self-service soda machine, meaning free refills aren't available like in most locations. This, along with the key-code locks on the restrooms, is likely due to the high number of transient individuals in the area. While the absence of refills is a drawback, it's understandable under the circumstances. On the plus side, their $1 large drinks are a great offer that helps balance things out; otherwise, this could have been a deal-breaker.

I didn’t expect to get such great service from a drive through but, I’m blown away with this store. Honestly- I had a horrible day and, the lady that took my order was probably the only person that said anything kind to me all day. Her actually caring made my entire day. It’s 11:13pm and she still has the courtesy to be kind and human to me. You can’t teach this- this is something that comes naturally. Expressing empathy when it’s not required. I must say, you are very lucky to have her on your team. Please treat these people well- they do a great job.

Pure garbage. I can promise if you come to this McDonald's.. whether you go through the drive-thru or go inside the store... Your food will be wrong. Order a triple cheeseburger no onions... Get a Big Mac with no sauce.. make it a meal? You still can't have fries. Literally have to walk a mile to my closest McDonald's... Which is this one and Lord forbid you forget to check the bag before you leave... It's a long frustrating walk back carrying food that's wrong or is missing items.. I hate this place.. I wish there was better fast food in walking distance because I would never come here again. Y'all need to do better.
