Satire Brewing Company - Thornton

We're on our first trip to Colorado and this is now our favorite brewery. I know constructive criticism is very helpful, but we have nothing but praises for this establishment. The energy was very positive as soon as we walked in. The ambiance and decor are amazing. The staff were friendly and professional. The menu variety for both food and beer was spectacular! We each tried a couple of different beers without disappointment! The beer and food menus are hilarious! Don't be afraid to try the food, it's not actually squirrel meat, but deliciousness incarnate! If you are in the area, definitely stop here at least once!

Love the selection of beers, and especially their names and descriptions. Bonus is that they taste really amazing! Also, the food descriptions are hilarious and creative and the good we did have was delicious. The atmosphere was really great and comfortable and the service was friendly. Highly recommend this place to anyone and I will definitely be coming back, with more friends!

Stumbled on this place. A hidden gem that others had clearly found before we did. Everything about this place is clever beer names, flavors, food selections. And, they do traditional things well.

This place is truly a hidden gem! Todd, Stacy, and the whole team are fantastic, and their brews are incredibly tasty with a variety of flavor combinations! You can choose from the squirrel menu for lunch, brunch, or dinner, and even add a shot of whiskey from their neighbor, Mystic Mountain Distillery (though they are separate businesses, they're in the same location). It’s a great spot to pop in for a quick bar hop!

I had a fantastic experience at this place! Despite my limited time, I was able to enjoy a quality IPA and receive excellent service quickly. I highly recommend stopping by Satire Brewery.
