Bridge 12 Pub Eatery - Thorold

Great pub food, good portions, friendly staff and a nice atmosphere. we took the ferry over the canal and went over. it was a nice little outing.

Pub grub was OK, limited options but I didn't need fancy by coming here. We're lucky to have this place here next to the ferry. On the deck, there's shade but watch out for those stools, they have been carefully duct-taped together. Service great even early on a Sunday. I crossed my daughter on our spyders. we sat on the terrace and had their big tacos. really tasty, and the staff and moss have made us feel at home. a perfect lunch stop when they make a trip.

Definitely not a full sample, as we went during the current 2022 winter lockdown. They had a little tent city patio setup with heaters and a tv.Beer was cold and well priced.With the patio being wrapped up in tarps, with heaters, it was actually very bearable outside.I didn't get any food this time around, but everything smelt and looked great.The inside was a little worse for wear, but I can just equate that to not having anybody eat/drink inside for a while.Definitely has a good locals bar type vibe, especially with it's unique location in Port Robinson. Look forward to next summer to enjoy some patio drinks after riding the Port Robinson ferry.
