I cannot believe they're considering shutting down. Who removes the best item from the menu? The owners? They've taken away the peanut butter dream bar, which was my absolute favorite! It's just ridiculous. I really have no reason to return—I could just get chocolate chip cookies from McDonald's instead. They even removed an item that sold out every single day! It’s funny because I didn’t even get any on Valentine’s Day since they sold out so quickly. I’ve been a customer for 27 years!

The new management clearly doesn't know how to train their staff to make pretzels. I've purchased pretzels three times, and each time I had to throw them away. I won't be buying anything from them again. The quality is terrible. I would give them zero stars if I could.

I had an incredible experience at this restaurant! It was my first visit, and I was really impressed with their service. Although there was a long line, the staff was quick and friendly. I tried their cookies, shake, and small pretzel bites, and everything was absolutely delicious. They also offer online ordering and their cakes are a must-try. I will definitely recommend this place to my friends and family!

Waited in line more than 15 minutes for only couple pople in front of me . When it got to my turn the employee apologized for the wait. I asked for stuffed Bites and he said Oh sorry it's going to take 15 more minutes to make them and he joked about taking the hot dogs so I lef with my time wasted.

Did a absolute amazing job on the cookie they designed for me. Wish I took a picture but it was a gift
