Noah's Ny Bagels - Thousand Oaks

This is my go to spot when I want a bagel and a smear. There are many choices of bagels and cream cheese. The staff is friendly and efficient. There are tables outside next to a bubbling fountain. It is a pleasant place to hang out. Jamba Juice and Starbucks share the area.

I ordered a sandwich and a juice and they messed up my order. My sandwich was cold and they didn’t put the cheese on it even though I specified that I need the sausage to be well done. They didn’t even try to resolve the issue. Ridiculous service!I would not recommend this place at all.On the top of that they had me to wait to place the order for 5 mins while 4 people were at the cashier, the staff was not friendly.

We came here for breakfast bagels on a Saturday. We ordered the pretzel bagel and cream cheese. It was amazing. The bagel is the perfect amount of chewy and crunchy. This is definitely a must have bagel shop.

I called in to order and was put on hold and was left on hold so my partner and I drove down to order in person. When we got there we waited in line and when the phone rang the lady at front said don't answer it, it's probably the lady I left on hold earlier and laughed out loud. We reluctantly ordered after the terrible treatment and then waited for 40 minutes for two bagels. When I asked how much longer it would be, she said he was working on them now. After he bagged up the order he was working on, we don't out that our bagels were sitting there getting cold. To some it up, completely disrespectful, unorganized staff. Will not be returning and will advice others to stay away as well.

Just horrible service. I asked if they had anymore cheddar jalapeño bagel and the employee said no. Right after I ordered they came out with a FULL tray of them. I had to correct them multiple times on they still got it wrong
