Panda Express - Thousand Oaks

The Beijing beef was decent, but the customer service left much to be desired. When I mentioned that the portion sizes were quite disappointing (like a three-piece order with double Beijing beef), the server responded with, "What should it be?" I ended up asking the manager for extra rice and additional Beijing beef. Overall, my experience was underwhelming.

Panda Express delivers the typical experience you’d expect in a nice mall setting. While it has a slightly outdated feel, it overall exceeds the average dining experience.

When I went to the cashier to pay, I handed her a $20 bill for an $8 bowl. When I got home, I realized she gave me $7 in change.

I eat here a lot since I work close by. I love how the service is always excellent and they keep the spot well organized regularly. Rates are fair and they serve sizeable portions.
