I went there this morning and a passerby told me it was closed. Huh I thought aloud, as it wasn 't listed as closed anywhere on the door or online. It 's closed today or closed forever? Closed forever was their reply. It 's disappointing but even more so that whoever owned (owns? this shop couldn 't be bothered to update their business in Google or Yelp. They couldn 't even be bothered to put a sign or post it on the door.

This is my go to sandwich when I come here. And that date jam they put on it is amazing. They have so many sandwiches to choose from. And I believe you can create your own. The meat portions are generous and the bread is always fresh: Parking can be a bit challenging if you visit around the lunch time hours as it is in a busy shopping center with several different eateries. Don't hesitate to stop in if you haven't done so already! You won't be disappointed.

This place is so good but they're never open. Everything was fresh, interesting, highly recommended the turkey.

This business rocks! We hired them to cater a business lunch and everyone raved about the great quality and freshness of the sandwiches. This is a must try place. Healthy and delicious! I'd give them 10 stars if I could! Highly recommend.

Turns out this location is temporarily closed, so the ordering website shouldn't of taken my order. I reached out to their other location in Port Hueneme. They kindly sent me my money back plus a gift card. I am changing my review. They always have great service and the manager took care of my issue. I recommend this place with pleasure. I hope the Newbury park location reopens soon, I'm graving a Cobbie Cobb or a chicken salad salad
