I had no idea that this was a wholesale bakery but wanted to check it out on the way back from Cabazon. My first clue should have been the industrial area of the location but the aromas emanating from the building where Heavenly . A very nice young French woman greeted me and informed me of my mistake but rewarded me with the freshest loaf of French sourdough bread I've tasted. Merci beaucoup mademoiselle.

I'm so sad. You cannot buy bread here. They are not at farmers markets. They are in Tower markets, Tanya's Kitchen in PS and where I first found it Coachella Valley Harvest Box. Even the office smells incredible. Now on to Palm Springs to hunt some down!!!
