This coffee shop in Rickmansworth High Street is excellent. It is always clean and tidy, has great service, and offers a good selection of coffee and cakes.

Popped into this coffee shop with my daughter and granddaughters last Friday. It was not busy but I had to ask for the table to be cleaned before we sat down. The previous customers had left the table before we arrived. I also noticed dirty cups left on tables and no cleaning done even though we were in there 40 minutes. Will not go in there again until they get their act together and get Covid safe.

I have to say that the toilets in this Costa Coffee are always bad .. the sinks are to small and it has a really unpleasant smell!

If 0 stars was an option, I would pick it. Me and my friends came in to socialise. when we were sat there this week. An incredibly rude employee cane up to us and told us to leave and never come back because we were taking up tables for valuable customers. i felt like i was a child getting a telling off and i will never take my valuable business to costa from now on. i will go to caffe nero. very dissapointed as i have gone to costa fir years and none of my family will gi there from now on.
